Braden Business Systems interview questions

Applied for the Copier Technician position via Indeed. Received a message response via Indeed that after review of my application, that I selected for the next round and requested a phone interview with a date and time. I received a interview request which I confirmed. Morning of the interview I confirmed with Indeed for the interview. At 3pm the scheduled time for me to receive a phone call, no call. I received an Indeed message at 3:25pm if I was still interested in the position. I responded immediately that I was and I was supposed to receive a call at 3pm for a phone interview. No response. Messaged employer via Indeed next day and again no response. Company masks all their correspondences with Indeed and no access to contact employer via email or phone. Either company is disorganized or incompetent at using Indeed because they want to hide behind a mask.
