Interview
Quick to reach out and have a telephone and on-site interview, but very little communication afterward. They asked for references and a sample of previous work, but never reached out about whether or not it would go any further until I reached out.

Interview
The process was relatively painless and pretty standard. I showed up for my first interview a bit early and waited in the lobby. Met with the interviewer a bit early, discussed the business, what they were looking for, we both asked questions, and shook hands. Second interview was painless as well. I was offered a position shortly after.
Overall, the entire process from application to offer as somewhat informal in the sense that it didn't have a specified structure. However, this isn't bad. What impressed me was they grilled me on specific portions of my resume, meaning they read it. I went through a few interviews before this one and didn't really get that feeling.

Interview
Well the interviewer did not show up. So I do not have anything to add over here. It was just me staring at a screen for 40 minutes before I called quits. When I called the HR on her phone, some other guy picked up and told me I contacted the wrong place. Later I checked he works there too.
