Recruiter interview HR interview over the phone HR hiring manager interview on site VP sales ( not achieved ) The hiring manager was new to the job therefore the HR justified participating to the meeting as well . The hiring manager was taking notes and not driving the meeting much. The external recruiter even told me that being senior in that role would not help either ( SIC).
