Phone call initially to discuss how I heard about job. Second portion was an in person interview with immediate supervisor and manager above them. We met at the corporate office and I was shown the warehouse.

Call with hr for first interview, pretty basic and straight forward. Never heard back even though I was overqualified. Looking back, I was fortunate as they laid off half their staff and have a terrible reputation in the industry.

Quick phone interview with HR followed by 2 in person interviews. The first interviews screens you for experience in sales and number. The 2nd and 3rd go more into company culture, your personal experience, goals, etc.
