Interview
I emailed back and forth with HR and they invited me in for two interviews. In each interview I was questioned by 2-3 partners regarding my knowledge of the U.S. Interest rate market. I got an offer 2 and a half weeks later.

Question 1
All questions were very basic correlation questions. If stocks rally, what would you expect bonds to do? and would cash or futures lead?
Very easy interview process. Was brought in and talked to a few of the traders. Asked basic market questions and a lot of situational questions. Whole interview took about 2 hours and was informed I got the job a few days later.
