Interview
All about fixed income questions, bonds, duration and so on. Also go through resume. No specific skills required. Nice people, give hints when you cannot answer. Last about 45 min. Also some questions about math and programing. Few behavioral questions, they seem to pay more attention to tech ones.

Compare two bonds duration, what if the interest rate changes
Only made it to first interview. I was interviewed by two current analyst who were both in their first year and honestly seemed fairly disinterested. The questions were standard IB questions, but it did not seem like the interviewers were trying to have a conversation at all.
