I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates in Sept 2020
Interview
I had a 2 interviews, one phone screen, and one with the hiring manager.
I was not asked any technical questions during the interviews and I was describing mostly my prior experience. Mid-way the hiring manager had the audacity and said he did not believe that I had was proficient in coding.
Two sections. The first one is debate and the second one is the analytical part. The employees there are friendly which was out of my expected. We ate breakfast and lunch in a meeting room.
