Interview
After a 30-min phone screening, the first in-person interview required a presentation based on a (really long and complicated) client brief, and what my proposed learning solution would be. That took over two hours. The second interview a couple of weeks later (with completely different staff) lasted an hour and focused on much different questions about my experience.
