I had a brief and telling experience with Brillio.
After two initial interviews, I was informed there would be a third. That interviewer, however, was unavailable for a couple of weeks. Rather than reschedule or identify someone else, the process stalled—only to end with an impersonal, automated rejection email.
To add a final flourish, the email asked me to complete a feedback survey—without including the actual link.
At this stage in my career, I don’t expect perfection. But I do expect basic coordination, professionalism, and respect for a candidate’s time. This wasn't just a red flag, it was a dealbreaker.
Not every opportunity is meant to move forward, and that’s for the best in this case.
