Phone interview for contract role - technical questions regarding quality, QMS, Doc control and qualification practices. The interview and qs were appropriate and right level for the position applied for.
Interview process was fast and one of the nicest I had in my lifetime. You could see they were searching for someone who will fill their team not only with required skills but with character too.

3+ interviews with a lot of time between each round of interviews. First one is typically a phone screen with the recuiter. Next is a Teams or Zoom interview with the hiring manager. The third one is usually a 3-4 person Teams or Zoom panel interview. Depending on the position or hiring urgency there might be more panel interviews but the first 3 sets if interviews always happen before a offer is extended.
