I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb (Princeton, NJ) in Oct 2016
Interview
I was contacted for phone interviews first and afterwards was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The HR personnel sent me to a company location different from where the hiring manager was expecting me. It took me 15-20min past my interview start time to figure it out, and finally got in touch with the hiring manager, who came to meet me at the other site.
After a tour with the hiring manager, I was to meet and provide a talk to a group. However, much of the group did not attend. I later found out that the times on the schedule provided to me versus that provided to other members of the group (by HR?) was not the same. There were no additional meetings with team members and staff after this.
After the interview, I sent emails to follow-up with the hiring manager, but I never heard back from the hiring manager or from HR (even to say that they selected a different candidate). I can only presume this is atypical, but this was not a good interview situation.

I loved how knowledgable HR department is. I loved it they are very communicative, methodical and seema like actually interested in addressing every question you have. They will first ask to schedule 30 minute interview with them, and then will schedule interview with hiring manager.
