I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb (Ewing, NJ) in Mar 2020
Interview
Recruiter was very inexperienced. She did not take any time to introduce herself or explain the position. Questions were very basic. She told me she would get back to me within two weeks. It's been a couple months now and I have not heard back. Unfortunately based on the interview I would not be interested in the company.
Initial, first round, second round, final stage.
The process was well-structured with clear communication at each stage.
Interviewers were professional and created a comfortable environment for discussion.
Expectations and timelines were shared upfront, which helped with preparation.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb (New Brunswick, NJ) in Nov 2025
Interview
A very weird experience. I applied online and within a few days I was contacted about setting up a call for an HR screen. The HR person was 10 minutes late to the call but told me that wasnt important because I had already made it to the next round, and then talked for 20 minutes about how amazing it is to work at the company. I had no opportunity to ask any questions but was told to send any questions to them via e-mail, which I promptly did. No response, and no further contact about a 2nd interview. 2 months letter I got the auto-rejection.
