The process included a call screening with a in-house recruiter, then the marketing manager, and lastly an interview with the marketing team to see if it's a good personality fit. After that, I was ghosted, which I found unprofessional. It's not hard to send a "we went with another candidate" email or even "we don't feel it's a good fit" would have been nice. No harm, no foul.
