I applied in early October. The job description suggested interviews would be conducted in November. I was eventually invited to interview in mid-January. It was a standard competency-based interview. I was advised my application was unsuccessful in February. There was very little in the way of communication during the process. I got the impression that they were swimming against the current of very disorganised, bureaucratic processes. A strange and disappointing experience.
