interview went very well , i passed all the stages even final interview held with deputy director and she was also impressed by me but in the end unfortunately i was not selected , shocked

Process was easy and interviewers were co-operative where they repeated questions, clarified doubts and allowed for asking of issues at hand as well as related questions to the position which I may have not remembered.

Usual competency based questions. Assessed using SMART. Prepare some examples in advance. Had two interviews. Takes a while from them to get back to you/ decide. I assume there internal processes so dont be put off if it takes a while.
