I was contacted by one of my recruiters and was asked for an in-person interview. I met with the hiring manager and the Senior Architect and it was overall a very encouraging experience. I only had one interview - The recruiter called me a couple hours later and said I basically got the job but they won't get the official thumbs up until a few days later
