Bromcom Computers IT Support II/Third Line interview questions

The interview process was pretty standard. After sending my CV through directly i was invited to go and meet HR. In the meeting HR and a member of the IT Team interviewed me which went well. Straight from the interview we went to meet the MD which was again pretty standard and a nice touch as i agree if you are to work at any company its good to meet the management Team. Unfortunately i didn't get offered a position however was very disappointing after being invited to the offices to meet those 3 members of staff, was the fact i didn't get any form of contact. I did send 2 polite emails to HR to ask for feedback however these were ignored. I do believe if you ever invite anyone to take time out of their day to come to an interview it should be polite to spend a few minutes to give feedback or in this case reply to emails thanking the individual for their time and why the fit is not right.
