The 1st round interview was split into two parts: 30min with one of their directors and 30min with the HR manager. The HR manager was caught up in a meeting on the day so I was only interviewed by the director. It was a friendly and relaxing experience. I was rejected because they were looking for someone who would have more experiences in pitching.
