speak to 3 different managers one on one before starting orientation. usually on the same day. call ahead for interview. management id usually available after 2pm week days for an interview. Easy to apply on site or bring a printed copy of the application in.
most of the interviews are just to see if you have a decent personality, and can interact with people well.

Interview
Very quick, ask simple questions, they'll pretty much hire anyone, it's getting through the training that's hard, just go into the interview happy & outgoing & they'll hire you. Usually 2 interviews both a total of 15 min. The GM loves theatre so if you can find a way to bring that up she'll eat it up.
