Interview
Telephone call, then 1 on 1 with GM. After initial interview you feel comfortable to ask questions. Very comfortable! After GM you speak with Manager go over same policies and requirements. Then on board process entails background submission online. Very easy to submit. Next, wait for approval and get on board. I like the directness and consistency that is executed.

Seems well done as far as finding experience of a prospective employee. Not so complicated that I can't give an informed answer. Plus aren't asking questions that are too date specific
