I sat down at the interview table, and they looked at me with a polite smile before asking the big question—why I believed I would be a good fit for the job and their team.
Relaxed interview. BFS is a people-first company. They care about personality and want you to demonstrate this in the interview. They want to see that you're humble, hard-working, and willing to learn. The interview was on Zoom and was with multiple managers. It lasted 35 minutes.

Interview went very smooth basic questions asked helps to know the product but not needed. A lot of it is just determining if you are fit for the industry and willing to learn the extensive product base they sell
