I've had two experiences interviewing there. I was offered a job there over 5 years ago, when they were a much smaller company. I turned it down because their insurance was atrocious and their tech stack was woefully behind the curve (VB.NET Web Forms). I have a family member with mental health issues, and at the time, their plan had very limited mental health coverage. That's a no from me, dawg!
More recently, I was recruited for a senior level position, as their recruiter claimed they have a serious gap in senior-level talent at the company. I asked about salary and benefits and they were very reluctant to give out any information. They did send me a benefits packet and I can confirm that their health insurance still sucks. Most of their plans are around $500/month for family coverage with a $10,000 deductible, and many of them have very restricted provider networks.
They wouldn't discuss salary without making me go through a phone interview, which I didn't care to waste my time with. I get recruited by 5 companies a week for senior level positions and I am happy with my current role, If you are going after senior developers in this market, you should be prepared to answer basic questions about what you can offer. It saves everyone time.
This place is probably fine if you're single and straight out of college. If beer fridges and company are more important to you than health insurance and a good 401K match, then go for it. If you have a family, then forget about working here. There is a reason why you don't have a lot of senior talent - most of them are old enough to have families and can't afford your offer health insurance.
