Building Technology & Ideas interview questions

I got a call from bti for an interview and they asked for a discussion. I meet them and they ask a lot of questions all about my previous experience.

Company take my interview but I think they do not know what they need. I know very well about that responsibility they offered me. but after 2 months they ask me to leave the job without any reason. So I think they cant expend more money to develop a new system of design and drafting by using revit architecture software that regards to my 4 years experience.
