I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bulb (London, England) in Jun 2020
Interview
First stage was a pulse check- enthusiasm for role etc. Second round I
provided a dataset and told to find out something interesting, then expected to present findings to the interview panel.
Screening interview and a technical test. The technical test was designed to take much longer than the stated time to complete. The review of the test was substandard. The screening interview was fine.

Interview
A brief chat with recruiter, take-home assignment then technical questions regarding the assignment.
Got to the technical section and completely fluffed it. Part of it was me not being as comfortable with statistical questions, but I think a big aspect of it was the interviewers not being clear in the actual questions they were asking.
Within the first 5 minutes of the call, I felt one of the interviewers didn't want to be there. Kind of off-putting when I was so excited about the potential role.
Took a while for feedback to follow up. I did get some which I'm grateful for.
