3 rounds of interviews. Each with a different person. Misleading as after the second round of interviews, they inform me that they're not currently hiring for the position I was interviewing.
2 steps. 1 with FOH manger, 1 with GM. Pretty straightforward questions. Just come professional and be yourself. They want to see who you are not just your resume. Easy process overall

You’ll speak with HR and they’re super nice. Feels more like a conversation. If you get through to the next round you’ll probably talk with a regional higher up. That’s when you need to impress.
