Over 20 questions to answer in initial interview, then a panel interview, then final interview with hiring manager. Interviews were very simple. I have been a director for over 20 years and interviewed for two jobs and did not get any. Not Good!

Went well the entire interview was smooth. Not too heavy on the questions. Was more conversational. I think it was good. Waiting for second round of interview. Should be receiving a call back soon.
