They use a 3rd party recruiter to find candidates. If the recruiter thinks you might be a good fit, you will get a phone interview. Be prepared for technical questions along with personal questions.

Applied through a staffing consultant service. Recieved an email approximatly 5 days after application asking for more information and details on my resume. About 5 days after that conducted a typical phone interview.
