I applied on a Sunday, got a text to set up an interview 8 days later(Monday). Mostly asked about your customer service experience and how you dealt with customer or mistakes and how you fixed it. Asked about availability they are looking for people with an open schedule because most workers were also going to school. They send an email to you within 3 days letting you know if you got the job.

What was one mistake you made while working and how did you fix it?
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
