Asked detailed questions about my current position, past projects, personal strengths, etc. Questions were specific to my resume, but not overly technical in nature. Was then asked to give the presentation again to a group of younger staff. Was taken to lunch with the younger group, had opportunity to learn about the company in full and honest detail.
