The hiring process was clear from the start, with friendly and even playful communication that aligned well with their brand. The process itself was extensive, consisting of four interviews, including a video editing task and a project presentation. However, every step was approached in a positive and encouraging manner. Instructions and expectations were clearly set beforehand, and I received feedback after each stage.
Even at the end, despite not being hired, they scheduled a half-hour video call to provide detailed personal feedback and genuinely listened to my thoughts on the process. While I am disappointed I did not get the job, I am grateful for the experience. They go far beyond what most companies do, making it a rewarding process regardless of the outcome.
