I applied online and 2 weeks later got an email from an admin asking if I was available to come in, after I replied yes, I had to ask who I would actually be meeting. I arrived early for the interview and was handed a 6 page application, when I told her I had applied online she said they needed it completed. They asked for my age, social security number and pay at my jobs, which I did not complete. After I put down the days I was available, name and address I gave it to her with my resume, again she said I needed to complete everything. It was 40 minutes after the appointment was to begin before I met the VP. He was upset I didn't include my salary history.
