Started with the behavioral interview. It was very casual and friendly. Pretty much just basic questions like "Why do you want to work at C3.ai?" and "What are your weaknesses?", pretty standard stuff.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at C3 AI (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Mar 2025
Interview
1 screening interview: Getting to know you and how you work, questions about how to solve common problems in work environments.
2 coding interviews: 1 problem each, leetcode easy and medium
1 behavioral interview: Getting to know you and how you work

Interview
First round was 2d DP hard problem, interviewer helped a lot.
Second round was also 2d DP hard problem, i almost got the solution but not quite, no help from interviewer at all. I feel there should've been more hints.
