I was alerted by my current supervisor that the ED of C5LA called and told her, without my consent, that I was interviewing. She considered this deeply inappropriate and unprofessional and alerted me out of concern that I would take a job somewhere that toxic. Please be cautious when interviewing here!
Behavior like this is not only unprofessional, but cruel and full of disregard for a prospective employee's livelihood. AVOID.
