I applied online. I interviewed at CAF Outdoor Cleaning (Maple Valley, WA)
Interview
Pretty typical interview process. I got to the in person phase and it seem fairly typical but I did pick up a bit of a strange ‘intense’ vibe. I didn’t get an offer (picked up a better role elsewhere) and thought little of it till I saw the same position posted again in roughly a year. That’s a red flag in my book. If you are going for the role (any role) make sure to ask about turnover. I’m guessing the other Glass Door reviews are pretty spot on
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CAF Outdoor Cleaning (Maple Valley, WA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Phone interview and then a panel interview. Mostly all 4 family members are involved plus a few more. Once Hired you will have to do a hot seat which tests your knowledge of the products.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CAF Outdoor Cleaning (Maple Valley, WA)
Interview
Very thorough! I didn't end up getting the job, but very appreciative of the process. The HR team did a great job asking me questions to make sure I was a good fit -- but also really emphasized that I made sure CAF was a good fit for me. Ultimately, great company, but I don't think this job was right for my skills et.
