Two Interviews.
First one with the HR coordinator and Sales manager.
One hour home assessment.
Second with HR manager, HR coordinator, Sales manager and Sales director.
Asked the same questions the second round. Asked me to step outside for a tour of the new office while they debriefed.
Noticed a capitalist atmosphere. They built a staff room for their employees and another just for their executives (filled with expensive machinery and Starbucks products). It was emphasized that only a selected bunch were able to step into that lounge for drinks. What ever happened to everyone being equal and on the same page?
Knowing I only had a year of sales experience, I was rejected for someone with more experience. I just wish they did their homework before asking me to spend two days with them, taking an hour of unpaid time at home to complete an assessment, asking the same questions 2nd round and knowing I was inexperienced.
