Easy going interview with Ryan in Arizona. I had one phone interview then the position was offered to me within the following 24 hours. I happily accepted. Ryan was friendly and relatable as well.

Interview
First round interview is just introductions with your recruiter and they ask basic questions about your resume and work history. Nothing concrete yet. Second round is a zoom interview with Team leads asking about who you are as a person and what you bring for the company. very friendly and easy process to get through if you are prepared.
It was great, they mentioned all details and had a good pay rate. However, the location was not remote so I was unable to pursue the job position. I would say it was a good interview overall.
