Quite Easy and Thorough, it was a warm and welcoming experience overall. I enjoyed it as it was my first assessment centre. Learned a lot about sustainability from just learning about the company itself.

Hirevue type competency questions then it was an Assessment Centre which its split into Group and Individual Presentations. It was very interesting, the individual concept was like a dragons den pitch.
easy going and not complicated. really enjoyed it. i didnt get the role though. Maybe next time. GWS is probably looking for other things than what i can offer.
