I met with a group of 15 people, all separately. Didn't like the flow of it, went on for 3 hours. Just went through resume, pretty standard interview but went on longer than it needed to be.

Lengthy 3 week process. One phone call, in office interview with a 1-2 hour assessment, and a final interview with managers. No follow up which is inconsiderate, but overall the people were pleasant.

The interview processed was good & smooth. HR called within 2 weeks after the interview and gave an offer. Salary & benefits wise is quite attractive. There’a a Performance bonus but no AWS. It’s a good company but very steep learning curve for beginners
