I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied online and was emailed about two weeks later for an introductory phone call. Received an email a few hours later requesting an in person interview. The in person interview started about 10 minutes late. Once we sat down, she looked down at my resume and the questions for about two minutes without saying anything. The interviewer seemed extremely uninterested and simply ran through the list of pre-written questions. When I asked about the opportunities for growth, the interviewer said that you can't talk about growth when you don't even know the candidate's abilities. It's been a week, haven't heard from them nor do I expect to.
Interview was relaxed. One on one interview with the office operations manager first. Following that, an interview with the broker that you would potentially work with. The broker really is the one that you need to hit it off with they will be the one making the final decision. Make sure you do some research on the company before you interview
