Interview
Applied online, heard back after over a month. Very informal unstructured process. Had phone screens, recruiter screen and onsite interview with 7 people including Tech, Product and Scrum. Weirdest thing is there is no sync between what Tech and Product is looking for and what Agile Coach is looking for.. it’s high time the SM & Coach get this that Agile alone as in the books is too theoretical and will serve no one so why look for something that wouldn’t even work once hired. A failure for all parties involved
And post interview no communication at all! No feedback nothing despite follow up . Not professional at all
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All sorts of Projects management and Scrum questions depending on the interviewer background and role
Interview process was good, especially the interviewer has vast knowledge on scurm process...it was a fantastic conversation rather than an interview. All real time scenarios asked with examples. Appreciated the interviewer skills and the way of his approach.

Interview
Technical discussion on video call
Interviewer was interested textbook knowledge than practical experience. Even asked about “when did you last read Scrum Guide?”, discussion was around definition of Scrum, a textbook answer was expected. Instead of knowing about my experience as SM, he (Agile Coach) was more interested in seeking about my textbook knowledge. And frequently interrupted my answers and wasn’t interested in listening to what I saying.
HR was also present in video call on mute. I believe it was because this guy wasnt asking proper questions and people might have shared their experience. It was more of monitoring interviewer than candidate. His behavior was very annoying. It was bad experience in the discussion.
HR was considerate and listened to me before sharing my profile further. Even schedule my interview as per my availability.
