Interview
First was a group discussion and then one aptitude test. After that 1 HR interview and after that technical interview. Then they asked to write an article and then final round of interview.
For boys I would suggest to go clean shaved as its CBRE culture.

Interview
I was interviewing with them via campus recruitment and there was 1 quiz, followed by GD and 3 rounds of interviews after which they made us an offer. I was eliminated in the last round, overall interview experience was good tho and they asked basics. They tend to have a preference for Academic Toppers.
It was quite a detailed interview process. With GD, Apti, and 3 rounds of PI, it was quite difficult. The questions were mostly related to financial management. One has to have a working knowledge for finance and marketing.
