I was contacted after applying online. I was given a brief telephone interview, and after answering several questiosn, I was invited to an in-person interview (1:1). The offices were beautiful, there was a professional receptionist in the lobby to greet me and have me sign in.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at CBRE (Redmond, WA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Two rounds of interview; Telephonic round will be of 30 minutes and In-person interview for 45 minutes. Hiring Manager was very good and help me settle down before starting the interview. I got to know the result after a week but the background check process took 4 weeks to get completed.

Sehr angenehmes, offenes Klima, freundliche Begrüßung und Gespräch war stets auf Augenhöhe und im Fluss. Keine besonderen Fragen, dafür wurde im Zweitgespräch eine Präsentation gewünscht zu den bisherigen Erfahrungen sowie anhand eines Musterfalls
