CBRE Structural Engineer interview questions

I was contacted by a CBRE recruiter to interview for the position. They claimed they needed the position filled right away. I believe this was done so that the recruiter could look busy. They have no trouble finding candidates they can exploit. None of my interviewers could not answer why the position was open. I could tell through the interview that the position would be a complete fire drill. The bosses had no organizational skills at all. They claimed to care more about deadlines than their employee's professional licenses or life safety.
