I applied online and received an invitation to a first round face to face interview with multiple interviewees or varying seniority. Questions mainly focused on my background and why I want chose CDC specifically over any other fund. Questions also focused on experience with economic development projects. The employees all seem to be proud of the fact that they work hard, don't get paid as much as other PE firms, but really care about what they do.
