Easy first interview. Good atmosphere and respectful approach to all questions . A lot of behaviour type of questions and some software related questions. Process was fair and straightforward. Asked a lot about company values.

3 stages, including tech test in your own time. Alot of companies require you to do tech test in real time which is not realistic due to interview stress so you can not perform your best. So doing the tech test in your own time at cdl is good.
