Three rounds of interviews, with HR, country manager and technical team. Fairly straight forward and HR was quick to follow-up and clearly outlined the process and next steps. Ultimately hiring decision was up to the country manager.
The interview process started with chatting via WhatsApp and then 2 calls with the hiring manager. The company never came back with any feedback or result - very disappointing. After following up with the hiring manager I got referred to recruitment and recruitment simply ghosted me.
