I went through three rounds of interviews — first with the Event Manager, then the Director of Marketing Strategy, and finally with the CMO. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any feedback to date. I was told it would be shared, but unfortunately, that hasn’t happened and its been more than 3 weeks now. This experience reflects a lack of professionalism and poor coordination. Regardless of the outcome, providing feedback is a basic courtesy and a reflection of the organization’s respect for candidates’ time and effort. Overall, this has been a disappointing and negative experience.
