They first take you through a technical challenge you have 7 days to do. Then a technical interview and a "normal" job interview. The process can be quite long and tedious.

Technical knowledge about the functions I would do in the intership
The first step was a technical challenge. Mine was at the form of a binary executable, and it was requested of me to find exploits and vulnerabilities in it. Then the second stage was a technical interview examining basics of networking, penetration testing, programming. Last was the personal interview (soft skills)
