CIRCOR International interview questions

I got interview via a headhunter and entire process was arranged by them because CIRCOR just established in Singapore. They haven't got local HR yet. There was 3 rounds of interview: first online interview with headhunter on their behalf, second online one with HR Director in Singapore & Hiring Manager in Germany, last round was on-site with the GM in Singapore. Overall experience was just so-so. It's the new position so they took very long time to interview more candidates. After nearly 3 months, I saw they're still opening for the job and interviewing more candidates. The headhunter is also busy for other customers so they didn't bother to update you and you are not supposed/ allowed to contact their HR and Hiring Manager directly. So I just closed the opportunity at my side although there was no official rejection.
