I reached out through LinkedIn, got a coffee date, and then came in twice to meet the rest of the team. One meeting was casual, the second included the hard questions.
Made it for the first round but didn’t make it past. Everyone was very nice and I was hoping for an offer and the chance to work at such an amazing company.

Question 1
It was less formal and we discussed background mostly.
The first interview was just a 15 minute coffee chat to just introduce myself and go over background information and then they assigned a design challenge which was just one page.
